Fifty

After around an hours drive, we had arrived at the Blue Crescent Pack. It had been almost a year since I had last visited, yet it felt as though it was only yesterday my mother had sent me here for the summer so my auntie could ‘try and straighten me out’ or so she said.

Truthfully, my aunt and I were as thick as thieves. In actual fact, my rebellious personality had likely been influenced by her. When she lived at Lotus, before meeting Bryan, we would constantly play pranks on the pack. It was our favourite form of bonding.

I felt it a lot when she left. However, seeing how in love she was with Bryan made it easy to understand why she had to leave. Even more so now I have Nate.

Our SUV’s trailed down the dirt paths, being led into the middle of the woods. The Blue Crescent Pack was in the middle of a large forest, perfectly hidden from human residents in local communities.
