25. Ken's POV

I had to restrain myself.

Rogue's escape was important. But, this sacred celebration that only happens once in a few decades cannot be tainted with interference of any kind.

I decided to postpone this matter because this holy festival is so important to every werewolf. As the Alpha of the Blackmoon pack, I must prioritize what is more important.

The Bluemoon Festival must go off without a hitch!

I walked to the beach on the west side of the castle escorted by Beta and a few other packs.

The sky was burning as soon as my feet stepped on the sand. The sun had just left the sky.

I wandered around and smiled with satisfaction when I saw that the royal officials were supervising their subordinates to make the preparations for this feast flawless.

The dining table had been set up with Bluemoon festival specialties served on it. Some of the men from our flock were preparing additional roasted meat.
