Chapter 28

I was watching Friends with Dean on the couch while Levi arrived home earlier than usual. Levi scowled at the scene and inquired, "Everything alright?"

As Dean got up from the couch, I said, "Fine."

Dean walked over to the door and stated, "I'll go out now."

Before he went, I yelled out to him, "Oh Dean, I won't need you at all tomorrow." Levi raised an eyebrow, but I didn't pay him any attention. I'll travel back with Shawna the following day as I'll be spending the night there.

He stood in the entranceway and inquired, "And in the morning?"

In response, I said, "I'm going in early tomorrow. Coach wants me to do some shooting with him and Javier is in early for the prom committee so I might as well ride with him."
