Lorenzo’s pov

“Make sure you pack every damn thing, we can’t leave anything behind.” I murmured to Mia who wasn’t even listening to me, she was staring at herself in the mirror, twirling from side to side and giggling to herself.

I stared at her for about a minute before pushing away from the doorway and inching close to her till I was hovering behind her. She grinned at me in the mirror before turning around and grinning up at me as her hands clutched on my biceps. Her face glowed in the soft lights, and I reveled in the insane way she was breathtakingly gorgeous.

“We’re moving back home today.” I murmured softly and she perked up at once, eyes sparkling beautifully.

“We are?” She asked and I hummed as I reached up to brush the curly hair strands out of her face to the side of her ear.

“So, the bag guys has been caught?” She wondered and I hummed once again, anything to get her mind to be at ease.
