Flashback!

Her chest began to tighten when she saw his empty side of the bed. His side of the bed that used to be filled with warmth, a warm body, a comforting presence that she missed dearly.

The memories of everything started flashing back to her. Every little detail about their time together came back to her mind. And she felt tears forming in her eyes. They fell from her eyes freely like raindrops hitting a window glass.

But the sadness wasn't for herself, it was for him. It was the first time she experienced what it feels like to feel sad for someone else than herself.

Her heart broke into pieces when she remembered that she lost her virginity to him. That memory was very vivid in her mind. If it weren't for his confession, Serena wouldn't have remembered it.
