How could she possibly make it easy for him? He was terrified. But then on the other side of his brain, he just didn't care. In fact, part of him already knew that she was it for him.

She was perfect for him. She knew exactly how he felt. She knew everything about him. And he trusted her. He knew that he wouldn't be able to live without her.

But on the other side, she was so young and so innocent. Even though they'd only known each other for six months, he knew that it wasn't fair to either of them that he had this huge crush on her.

He couldn't risk hurting her. Not yet. So instead, he decided to tell the truth.

"Do you remember the night we kissed?" He finally asked her.

"Yes." She answered quietly, not meeting his gaze.

"Can you imagine that moment differently?" He continued, moving closer to her.

"No." She shook her head, looking up at him.

"Not really. Why?" She furrowed her eyebrows at him, not understanding where this sudden change of topic was going.

"Because I love you."
