On hearing this, the anger which I was trying to bottle up exploded, and at once I turned in his direction with a look of spite and anger.

If I could kill with my looks, not only was I going to stab him, but I was going to dice his body into pieces and then mash it so there wouldn't be any trace of his existence anymore.

“You're disgusting.” I spat in his face, making him stumble backward with his hands still stuck in his pockets.

Knowing he was going to come around for the reward I had promised him, I had asked Elena to keep watch and inform me of his arrival.
