Lillian's perspective.

Coming out of the hotel, I sat by the river alone before going home in the afternoon.

I stepped into the house when the rest of the Amus family were having dinner. Coincidentally, the eldest daughter of the Amus family, Clarice, was also there. Seeing me, she immediately set down her spoon and warmly greeted me. When she held my arm, her face was filled with affection as she exclaimed, "Chloe! Only a few days have passed since I last saw you. but you don't look very well."

With a stern look on her delicate face, she stood up for me, "Did Ismail give you a hard time? God forbid. Tell me everything, I'll teach him a lesson for you."
