CHAPTER 50

Turning off the lights of her room, Cameron felt the need to relay her head on the edge of her bed. Her cheeks were completely wet. The life once was hers seemed to just be a dream now. And she’d woken up after so long. There was nothing in this world that could belong to her. A fool she was if she thought she could be another person. After all, Cameron was still being the same lovely Cameron who everybody took advantage of. Ace and her son was her only reality. That was something Cameron didn’t seem to want to take of her. Maybe, she had to learn to live with that.

Suddenly, the door of her room slightly opened called the attention of the man who was going to see if she was okay. For an instant he thought it was Cameron who had left the door like that because she’d fallen asleep. His eyes didn’t find her on the bed.
