Cameron, not being able to bear that feeling of loneliness and humiliation she fell on her knees while tears came out of her eyes. Hugging the dress and leaning her back on the closet door Cameron cried out her pain. Now she was a little bird prisoner of her own misery.

Mad as hell Diego arrived at his office. He couldn’t take away the image of Bastian walking downstairs. What the hell was he doing with his wife? Why did she call him? Diego knew all along a contracted marriage wasn’t going to be the best idea. At least he wanted to be respected by his wife. No one else had to know what happened between them closed door.

Suddenly, three knocks on his office door.

“Come in!” He ordered a little bothered. It was his secretary.

“Sir., I’m afraid Mrs. Nory hasn’t left the waiting room. I’d told her you were on a meeting, she said she’d wait and now she has come across with, I think, a friend and informed her the meeting had finished.”

Diego sighed heavily. “Let her in.”
