If there was one thing that was running through my mind, it was the fact that I felt like hell. All my body was sore, and I felt like I could actually collapse if it went on. But even if I collapsed, I was sure that sleep would still elude me because of how long I slept. The last I remembered, I was about to be hit with a sharp knife. The next thing I knew, I was waking up on the Alpha's bed.

My reaction to that? I ran!

I ran and ran until my legs felt like they would give way under me. It was when I paused for a breath that Rebecca and Grace caught up with me.
