Betty had finished the meeting with some of the women in church concerning this year's end of the year children party. Her love for children, and her need for them to always be happy and satisfied, was what the head of church recognized, making her the head of that committee. For eleven good years now, she has been at helm of things, making sure no party was like the last. With a satisfied smile, Betty picked up her pink Louise vuitton purse that Cynthia, Veronica's friend bought for her last Christmas when they went to visit their daughter.
