Abigail's p.o.v;I'm in my bedroom with my phone pressed to my ear as I sit on the edge of my bed, a pen in hand and an assignment notebook open. It's been about five minutes since Dad left this morning to start work at the local bank while Mum went shopping for groceries and other errands. Abigail's p.o.v;After leaving school, I took my car to my house where I spent the rest of the day watching TV. Mom came home early today because she got a call from an ambulance and had to work overtime so it made sense that she would be tired but as soon as I saw her I was surprised she wasn't already asleep. She didn' know how much trouble she'd get in for being up at such a late hour so when she caught me staring she asked me what I thought was so wrong with me because she was trying hard not to smile while she waited for an answer. Abigail's p.o.v;It had been weeks and we were all getting close to going stir crazy and I mean that in every sense of the word, so when my friend Hannah comes over with her boyfriend after a long day at school, I can't help but smile at her as she walks into my apartment and sits on the couch, not even acknowledging me.
