Chapter 91
Lloyd was laying waste to Warren. He beat him up until he was satisfied. Although he was bleeding profusely, Warren just took the punishment. If he wanted to, he could have destroyed Lloyd with a single finger. However, he felt jt was somewhat deserved. After killing his friend, he didn't receive any retribution. What Lloyd was doing made Warren feel slightly better. If it wasn't for Lloyd's girlfriend, Warren would have surely been beaten to a pulp. She felt pity for Warren and after she stopped Lloyd, she just walked away. The previously cocky Lloyd,  could only watch in anguish as his date decided to leave him behind. "Do you feel better?" Warren asked Lloyd. Hearing that question, Lloyd became even more agitated. He threw one more fist at Warren, but this time when he made contact with Warren's face, it felt as if he hit a brick wall.Lloyd stared at Warren in horror. He couldn't understand why Warren had such a strong defense."Don'

Chapter 92
Janet didn't stop. She told Warren everything she knew about the day when Nathalie was kidnapped. She felt more comfortable telling Warren than telling her own uncle. It felt to her as if she could trust Warren a little bit more.Warren was listening with a conflicted heart. Everything that Samuel did from trying to kill Emile, to attempting to blow up Warren seemed so miniscule now. It seemed like his hand was forced, and thinking back on it now, Warren wondered if he would do anything different. "If we lost Nat, it would break us into pieces, but that would be understandable. However, losing Samuel too, would destroy all of us. I don't understand why he would disappear like this on us. It has been a few days already and I still can't reach him. I'm getting worried," Janet cried. Those words were like daggers aimed straight at Warren's heart. Even he realized how foolish his decision was to take his friend's life. That was a guilt that he would have

Chapter 93
It didn't take long for Warren to reach Gilford. It was a  small town from Warren's first impression. He then headed straight to the bar that the man mentioned. When he reached it, he was just in time to catch a squabble going on.  There was a difficult customer and he was inappropriately touching one of the ladies who worked there. Warren wasn't close enough to notice who was involved in the altercations.  The man was starting to tear on the girl's clothes. Any decent man would have interfered by now, but it seemed as if no one wanted to get involved. However, it seemed as if the perpetrator had a high social status in the town, that's why people didn't want to get involved. From the conversations going around, Warren deduced that the man was known as Harold Kock. He was the leader of one of the town's gangs. He was also involved in underground activities such as laundering of money, robberies and even human trafficking. That's why everyone knew if th

Chapter 94
Harold started shivering. He knew that he messed with the wrong person. It only took one man to get rid of his small army. It wasn't as if they were weak or anything. Those were skilled martial artists. They didn't even get a chance to display any of their skills.Harold started scheming in his head. He knew that it would be impossible for him to defeat Warren by himself. So he thought of making a bargain with him."Please don't hurt me! I promise that I will give you everything I have." Harold started his plea. "I also have a wife and three kids at home waiting for me," he said. Whether this was a lie or not, it didn't actually matter too much to Warren. Warren reached out a hand and broke Harold's arm. He would have done much more damage to him if Harold followed through on his attempt to kill either Nathalie or the other waitress. "Be sure to wait for me and not go anywhere," Warren warned Harold. Since he was in such an immense amou

After he returned Nathalie to Janet, Warren snuck away quietly. He didn't want any follow-up questions from the two girls. He was really glad that he could fulfill his friend's dying wish. There was nothing Samuel wouldn't do to save his sister. Warren admired his resolve for that even more. He knew that he would have to live with that guilt for the rest of his life. When he left, Warren didn't return to Wellington or to Flemond. However, he made his way back to Gilford. There he met up with Harold Kock again. The two of them sorted out the issues Warren had with his companies. Warren spent the best part of a year in Gilford and worked his fingers to the bone to ensure that the company he received from Harold flourished beyond recognition. SAM Enterprises was the name Warren chose after Harold handed him the reigns. Warren made sure not to leave Harold out of anything, and his previous foe became his right-hand man. The two of them ventured into many diff

Chapter 96
And so it began.  Warren said his farewell to Harold and then he embarked on his journey to the Firea Continent.  Warren arrived at the continent after a 12-hour flight. He was exhausted, but he was blown away by what he saw. Maybe because his expectations was low, he didn't expect that the country would be so developed. After he recalled the story that Elder Sage Uflyn told him, he thought that the continent was plain as far as the eye could see. But he was surrounded by skyscrapers all around him.  The plane Warren took, landed in the capital city, Blackrock. Warren was curious as to why the place was named that way. However, he thought he would leave the exploring for when he was done taking a rest. Being at the cultivation level he was, fatigue was no problem for him at all, but he just wanted to kick his legs up in the air for a change. He hailed a cab which brought him to one of the most luxurious hotels in the city. The h

Chapter 97
Before the leader could answer Warren's question, everything in front of him turned black. He was knocked out instantly. Just as fast as the 'fight' started, it ended. Warren didn't see the need in wasting too much time with weaklings like that. He sighed since he was bored.'I guess it will be tough to find a worthy opponent in a place like this,' he thought to himself. "Such delicate technique. To incspacitate so many opponents all at once. You must truly be a master."Warren turned around to face the person who spoke those words. He had a strange feeling when he looked at the man. It was unthinkable that someone could be behind him without him even noticing. "Who are you?" Warren asked. He didn't want to spend too much time with the newcomer. "No one in particular. With strength such as yours, I'm positive that you're not an ordinary person. Sethunya maybe? But you don't look like the type," the man analyzed W

Warren prepared himself for a retaliation, but to his surprise Mr White was completely calm and composed. He ordered his bodyguards to lower their weapons and then he asked Warren to accompany him inside the mansion. Warren couldn't understand why Mr White acted as if nothing was wrong. His son died and that's how he reacted! There must be something wrong with him. The inside of the mansion was even more outrageous. Everything looked fit for a king. However, Warren didn't have enough time to enjoy the scene. "So what brought you here? You tell me that my son was killed, yet you are brave enough to come all the way out here and deliver the news to me personally. Are you not scared that I will chop you into tiny pieces and feed you to my dogs?" Mr White threatened. However, Warren was completely calm."Mr White, I felt partly responsible, since it was my duty to protect Emile. I failed to do that, so I thought it's only fair to be the

Right then Alvin made his retreat and arrived at the Council of Fire Cultivators. He made sure to retreat as speedily as his legs could carry him. Whatever Warren was trying to do at the White Mansion had nothing to do with him, but he still couldn't handle the disrespect he faced when Warren toyed with him as if he was nothing more than a newborn fawn.He had to redeem himself somehow, that's why Alvin thought of gathering a little legion for himself. The plan was to ambush Warren the moment he exited the White Mansion. No matter how strong he was, the numbers game was in the favour of Alvin. Although Alvin's family were loyal followers of the White family for generations, ever since The Incident with the Dark Wizard, the status of the White family dwindled completely. ALvin was looking for greener pastures for a very long time and the incident with Warren only served him more reason to take over the title of the top private cultivator. The Council

Warren smiled awkwardly as he looked Alvin Stones' smug face. He had the look of someone who just won the lottery.  "Well, well. What do we have here?" Alvin said while taunting Warren.  With the men power he had and the weapons that surrounded Warren, there was no way that he would escape unscathed. Warren had an idea what they were thinking and he just stood there while he scratched his head. What was going through Alvin's head? Since Warren spared his life, Warren thought that he would just give up and retreat in peace. Even Senior White had high opinions of him. But it seems like Alvin wanted to settle the score and Warren understood that. "Are you here to reclaim your lost arm? I'm sorry but I don't think you can get it back," Warren said jokingly.  'This will be a good warm-up before I arrive in Richmond,' Warren thought to himself.he had a devilish look in his eye. The only thing he hoped for was that the few men in
