"I-I'm going to die!"    We heard Joaquin scream while still doing the push-ups the coach told them to do. "Coach! I brought Ezra." After Dwight called him, coach Alfred turned to us, and his grim expression lightened while he looked at me with confusion.   "Alexis? How come you're here? Did you change your mind?" Coach Alfred smiled as he made the others stop doing the push-ups. "You all can take a rest while I talk to Alexis."    Almost all of them sighed out of relief because of that. "Am I great, coach? I brought Alexis back—"Coach Alfred pushed Ezra aside and made me walk out of the gymnasium with him. Leaving Ezra and all of our teammates outside.    "How come you're here, Alexis? Did you change your mind? What about your work?"   It seems like coach Alfred couldn't wait to hear my answers and chose to bombard me with questions. "E-Ezra…"   

As soon as I was trying to regain my life balance, the rigorous training made me think about my decisions.  "Is that all you can do?!" Coach Alfred's voice resonating in my head even after training makes me feel a shiver down my spine. It would have been better to have breaks, but I don't need to worry about that since we'll be having the annual school festival!  It's in the second week of October, and today is the start of October, where all students need to prepare for their class's booth. "Isn't that great? Don't worry about us, Alexis. You should go." Zaki said as they all made me go towards Ezra. I'm not even worried about them; I'm worried about myself. With that, Ezra held my arm and gently pulled me to wherever he wanted to go.    "W-Wait."    Ezra stopped walking and turned to me. His smile didn't vanish as he tilted his head. "What is it?"    "I… I want to watch Miss Ravenwood pageant."    Ezra's eyes widened as if he just remembered it now. "That's right! How dare I forget about it. Let's go and support Mitch." I nodded to what he said, and the two of us made our way towards the gymnasium.    However, he still didn't let go of my arm! Why is he not letting go? Does Ezra think that I might run away from him? Am I a prisoner of his or something like that?    "Uhm… can you let go of my arm?

Ezra and I went inside the horror booth, but it wasn't scary like I thought. I'm not really fond of scary things, but this one I don't hate at all. "These things look interesting. Do you think they'll let me borrow this after the school festival?" I turned around to see Ezra holding the skulls decoration that he picked up from the ground.  "I think they'll make you pay if you want it."  He laughed, but it didn't take long until he stopped because someone suddenly appeared in front of us. Ezra flinched, and so did I as I moved closer to him because I admitted that I was scared.  "We should start moving towards the exit," I suggested. I don't even know why I wanted to get inside this horror booth when I know how much of a scaredy-cat I am in real life.  I didn't even notice that I was already clinging to Ezra's uniform while I walked right behind him. "Hurry up! I already divided you all into groups since you'll be sharing rooms with each other."  We hurried out of the bus because of coach Alfred. Due to the traffic on our way, we arrived later than expected, which explains why the coach's making us move faster. I guess we already have something we need to complete for today.  "After putting your things in the rooms, change in your clothes and go for a jog towards that hill." Coach Alfred pointed to the hill behind the inn we'll be staying in.  Since the others were already rushing, I followed them, and it turned out I was sharing a room with Mitch and Ezra.
