Elise It was almost twilight, and I hadn't ventured out of the room, ever since we returned from the woods. I lay curled up on my bed, reading through a magazine I had found on Lazarus's table. It was on wildlife. A knock came at the door at that moment, and I sat up. "Come in." The door pushed open, and a cautious looking Jenny walked in. "Why are you looking around like a scaredy cat? Come on in." I smiled, gesturing my hands. She reciprocated, and shutting the door behind her, she walked over to me. "You're all alone?" She asked, taking a place beside me on the bed. "Yeah. I had been with Lazarus moments ago, but he had excused himself." I replied, dropping the magazine. "How was the race?" She asked after a moment's silence. I studied her face, before giving a reply. She looked pale. "Is anything wrong? You look different. The race was fine though." I didn't turn my gaze away, and continued looking closely at her instead. "I'm fine. Just tired, I guess. Besides the cent

Lazarus The hall was dark, as I and Thomas walked along it. The party had just ended moments ago. "But she had obviously looked pale, according to what her friend had told me." Thomas protested. I had tried catching a glimpse of her throughout the party, but it hadn't worked. When I had finally seen her, she'd been dancing with Rory. I had excused myself from the party, and upon returning, had bumped into Thomas. "She's fine. If she isn't, Rory would have alerted us. You know that." I tried acting indifferent. "Yeah." We walked on, the only noise on the pathway, were those of our shoes meeting the ground. But, we weren't ready for the sight that greeted us when we opened the door. I gasped, and noticed that Thomas breathing came out in short raspy motions. "The hell, man?" Before I could stop myself, the words were out. Cuddling Elise right on her bed, with the most serene look possible, was Rory. He hadn't, hell, none of them noticed our intrusion. "Let them be," Thomas said

Rory The morning dawned bright and clear, and just as I stepped out from the room, an inmate hurried over. "Mr Philip wants to speak to you." The he hurried off. I nodded and made my way towards his office. He was seated comfortably on a chair, flipping through some documents, when I entered. "Common courtesy requires you to knock." He grumbled. I ignored his words, and took a seat. "You called for me." I said simply. He stared at me for a while, before letting out a sigh. "I've received reports about you, and your roommate." He began tapping a biro on the table. A frown crept up my face at his words. "What reports?" I said, confusion written over my face. "Did you venture into the prohibited area with your lady roommate?" He asked, his voice crisp and firm. "Oh, I did. Is that the deal?" I questioned, acting indifferent. "Maybe. You'd be sanctioned for it. Alongside your roommate." He said again. "Leave her out of it." My eyes narrowed. "This is a correctional center, no

THE CORRECTIONAL CENTER. Elise The rain splattered down on the roof, as I sat up on my bed, my head in between my clasped knees. My mind was completely muddled, as the thought that I'd be punished reverberated in my ears over and over again. At intervals I'd sigh, and look out through the window. The door opened at that moment, and Lazarus walked in. "Hey, Elise." His voice was down a bit, and that made me sit up."You good?" I asked, and for the reason I couldn't fathom, I patted on the space beside me, gesturing for him to sit.He nodded, and waded over without hesitation. "I'm fine." Lazarus replied, however he kept his eyes glued on me.It was already nighttime, and everywhere would have been dark in the room, except the illumination from the bedside lamp. My bedside lamp."Where are the others?" I finally asked, after a moment's silence. My toes curled up, when his hands brushed mine. I could tell it was a mistake, however I couldn't help but gasp."Are

THE CORRECTIONAL CENTER. Elise It was morning, and I stood by the door, waiting for the guys to dress up, so we could go to Mr Philip's office. Rory was already dressed up, and was standing beside me. "Are you nervous?" He asked, and I rolled my eyes. That had been the question he had been asking ever since."I'm fine, Alpha Rory." I chuckled, however I wasn't. I could literally feel my heart thudding against my chest. I was about to meet the officials of the center, and I wasn't sure if it'd end well at all. Although Lazarus had assured me the previous night, I couldn't help but feel nervous. At the thought of Lazarus, I felt a shade of red creep up my cheeks. I could picture the intense look in his eyes when he'd pulled away from me, after the kiss. And at that moment, my wolf had attested we were mates, but I couldn't help but feel scared. I was mate with Lazarus, that I was sure of. But the intoxicating scent that was Rory's which engulfed my sens

RoryThe hallway was silent, as I walked down, aimlessly. I gripped my sweatpants tightly, in a bid not to lose it. The meeting with Mr Philip earlier on had done nothing but annoy me. But after my warning, I was sure he'd steer clear of Elise and her friend's path.I could tell someone was behind the decision. Someone was pulling the strings behind the scene, and whoever it was, would have I and the others to face.Elise wouldn't be hurt the second time. Not under our watch.Mr Philip's earlier words rung in my head. He was right. We had less than a year to leave the correctional center, while Elise had four years more to return.I felt a bitter taste at the back of my throat, and swallowed quickly. That familiar urge to punch someone threatened to surface. No... I definitely wasn't going to allow that happen. She was under our watch, and protection. I would have failed as an Alpha if I failed to protect the lady I coveted. And I knew the other two shared the same thought

Elise I rubbed on my eyes groggily, sitting on my bed. The guys were sprawled on their various beds, when I glanced at their corners. Stifling a harrumph, I rose. The sun was already high up the sky, when I glanced through the window. I walked over, and pulled the curtains apart. Sunlight poured into the room, and I chuckled when the guys simultaneous groans sounded. "You guys slept in." I grumbled. "What's the time? It's not like we have anything doing." Rory protested. "At times, I wonder if this is a correctional center, or a center for vacation. To be honest, I wasn't expecting such grand place." It was true. When I had been told that I was to be admitted to a correctional center, I had been afraid. I had read books about prison, and I was expecting it to be alike in a way. "Well.. Werewolves are different, you can say." I heard Lazarus say. Their voices were dull, and I frowned. I recalled the way they had been acting last night. It was kinda odd. An idea popped into my m

Elise The ambience that hitherto would be pleasant around I and the others on usual days, was absent that night. The lights in the room were turned on, but we all lay on their various beds, doing what didn't actually matter. The guys held their phones, scrolling through it, and not paying me any heed. Or not. I caught them stealing glances at me, a couple of times. With the exception of Thomas of course.I stared at them, as they did their thing. And when the silence suddenly became unbearable, I cleared my throat, in a bid to break it. "Would anyone care to explain what actually happened yesterday. What is going on?" I asked in a calm manner, as I tapped gently on the bedspread. The guys all raised their heads from their phones, and threw me a quick look."What do you mean?" Lazarus asked."Spare me that, please. I mean, what happened? Did we actually.." my words trailed off, as my cheeks turned a shade of crimson.Thoughts of us in the lake in that beautiful cave, flashed through m

Rory "You wouldn't want to do that, Elise." I whispered, feeling my body getting hot. "But I want to." She pulled away, her eyes sensual, her cheeks crimson. I threw a quick glance at the others. They weren't looking. Different scenarios began conjuring themselves in my head, pushing blood downwards towards a certain place. "Don't, Elise." I lowered my head, whispering into her ears. I felt her shudder beneath me, making me harden the more. Goddess, she was going to be the death of me. The dress she wore did little or nothing to cover her body infact. All I wanted to do at that moment, was to take her to a secluded place and bury myself in her. When I looked into her eyes again, they held a sensuality to them I hadn't seen before. And then she said the words I weren't expecting her to say. "Is there anything you want to do?" Her voice soft and sensual. My gaze darkened, and I gulped. "Let's get out of here." And without saying another word, I pulled her with me, venturing deep

Elise Time flew by, and soon, it was already a month since I mated with the guys. The center had also fully lifted the ban, and we were free to move around as much as we could. "Are you sure he'd agree?" I asked for the umpteenth time, that morning. Considering how I was their mate, and they were due to leave soon, they had suggested I leave with them. I hadn't objected at all, since that was also what I wanted. We all moved towards Mr Philip's office, in a row. A soft knock at the door, and a hushed response, made us open the door and walk in. I couldn't even tell if it was Mr Philip himself who had given the response. Seated behind his desk, with gleaming eyes was Mr Philip. He wiped his sweaty face with a bandana, and waved us to the seats in front. "Have a seat please," he said with a smile that was obviously forced. "You guys wanted to speak to me?" He began, once we were all seated. "We are leaving today," Lazarus began. "Yeah, although it wasn't nice having you at t
