I shoved my test slip into my bag as I marched to the library, I knew I’d gotten a B having checked the uploaded grades on the student portal during the weekend but I returned for my answer slip so I could take note of the questions I got wrong. A B wasn’t too bad, this test made up ten percent of my grade, we had another and then to turn in some pending assignments to add up to thirty percent. And exams for sixty as Professor Edwards explained at the start of the semester, some professors followed the school style, others did their own thing. Either way I learned to get a head start in high school, a lot of students always felt they’d wait until exams to study and put in more effort. But that was like setting yourself up for failure.
