Alexandra watched Kirklin’s gorgeous figure as he left the office for the elevator area and she had to pinch herself to ascertain if it was true that her boss actually got that close to her or if she was only daydreaming. Asides from their awkward first day of meeting each other, there had not been any reason for them to be so close to each other until now.

After Kirklin left the office, he went straight to the airport to catch a flight to France. All through the journey, Alexandra’s thoughts engulfed his mind and he was optimistic that things would click between both of them as soon as he returned to the UK.
