“How is this possible?" Dominic said, talking to Melissa who was wearing a surprise look seeing Amelia alive and interacting normally.

“I thought you said you couldn't help her, how come she is alive?" He questioned her further.

“I..I don't understand, there was no way she could have survived that poison... It must have been that man. Yes, it must have been him, he must have done something to her. It must have been him who saved her cause he was the last person in the tent with her." She said talking more to herself than to Dominic.

“What man do you speak of?" Dominic asked and Melissa took her face to him.

“The fine young man with eyes of the ocean and curly hair like waves of the sea and that smells like the morning dew," She replied and before Dominic could ask any further questions.

“Damon, she is speaking of Damon. He saved me," Amelia said coming to the scene and one would hear and feel the happiness in her voice...
