Chapter 16 - Geneva
GENEVA'S POV
The fresh breeze was hitting my body and it got stronger as if it was telling me to jump off. My lips were trembling in fear as I looked down at the ground. This is at least about ten floors up or something along that height. (Jump before they catch on,) he said and I gulped.
You’re just tricking me into jumping to my death!
(I could’ve killed you long ago but I didn’t,) he uttered.
(Jump,) he urged me and I groaned as I gripped the railings harder. Maybe my powers will suddenly consume me mid-air? I guess we’ll find out..
I climbed to the other side of the railing before letting my body fall. I felt my soul leave my body as I was falling down. I braced myself for impact before closing my eyes. The voice in my head was talking but I couldn’t even understand as I was focused on falling.

WILBUR’S POVWe were walking through the dark and gloomy woods and I could smell her scent lingering around the vampire.
