Alex's POV

The tension in the room was almost tangible as Alex watched Tyler pace back and forth. Jasmine was so exhausted, and Alex knew she needed rest more than anything in the world else right now. Tyler was making things to hard for Phoebe, coupled with breastfeeding, sleepless nights due to the twins constant cries

"Tyler," Alex said firmly, stepping closer to him. "Let Jasmine rest. She has been through enough already. Let her just a nap for the meantime while we discuss"

Tyler stopped pacing, his eyes filled with worry and desperation. He looked at Jasmine, who was now lying on the couch, her eyes heavy with sleep. "Fine," he said reluctantly. "But we need to talk later, Alex. I really need to get a response from Phoebe"

"Later," Alex agreed. "Now, please, just leave her to rest for a while."
