Naya’s P.O.V

The entire ride seemed like hell for me. I heard so much in such a short time. So much from a man that I thought I was helping out. Certainly, I was going to be paid for being a fake wife, but I still didn’t deserve every mean word that Talon said to me.

I stayed quiet while Talon was in a conference meeting.

The flight landed in no time and Talon and I headed out of the jet. As we were moving out of the jet, the rim of the chair which I sat on moved up a bit and I got injured. My dress got ripped in the process.

There were a lot of paparazzi outside and our luggage was no longer in the car. I had nothing to cover myself up with. Talon noticed the predicament that had befallen me. Reluctantly, he handed over his jacket to me.

“Here you go. Cover yourself up,” he said.

I took the jacket from him. I used it to cover up my ripped dress.
