Chapter 50

Sarah.

I walked into a bar with no single soul in there. Taking my seat close to the counter, I immediately requested for a few glass of what I loved most- pinacolada.

The bar tender who was busy cleaning some things in the shelf turned to face me.

"Who drinks in a bar during a time like this? We'll be open in two hours time madam."

That's true, I raised my hand and checked my wristwatch. 6pm.

The time seems so slow, and that's to my disadvantage. I badly needed a drink urgently. Drinking was a bad habit I had formed while I was still in college. It was meant to relieve stress in so many ways. While I was young, my father always expected a lot from me since I was going to become the next CEO someday, and so I learnt to take my frustrations on alcohol.

"Here." I uttered, dropping a few dollars bills on the table.

"I'll double that if you give me what I want. Two shots, this time really strong."
