Chapter 84

Becky:

Finally, I was seeing the Lane's company again. How long has it been? As I walked towards the inside, people stared at me but I didn't care. I was more focused on what I wanted to do, and so I ignored their gazes.

I took the elevator heading straight for Sarah's office. I had a lot to say to her, and warn her about. I didn't even know how I would start. Can I stare at my sister in the face? After everything I've done to her?

As the elevator came to a halt, I took in a very hard, long deep breath.

You can do this Becky. Don't blame her if she still hates you. I told myself as I stepped out of the elevator.

"Who are you here to see ma'am?" Stacey asked.

It's been a long time since I laid my eyes on her. She must hate me for being a proud bitch in the past.

"Hi Stacey" I replied.

She remained quiet, adjusting her glasses properly as she stared at me. Oh jeez, the hate is really still there. I literally always embarrassed her in the past and always blamed her whenever anything went
