Nicholas' POV "What is it, Carlos?" I paused, waiting for a reply. "Talk to me!" I snapped, growing impatient. "We were attacked, I have been hit," Carlos said, his voice tense. Laura's POV He motioned for me to walk before him. I didn't want to obey him, but I didn't want to start an argument, so I just did as I was told. I got down from the jet and looked around; we were at an airport. I saw a convoy of three cars with a black limousine in the middle. Bodyguards surrounded the cars. I didn't need to be told; they were all Nicholas' men. They were there to take their boss home. I did a head count of the men, and there were about twelve of them.
