Chapter Sixteen

Bella stepped out of the kitchen with a cup of coffee, turning it silently as she sat on the couch. Last night had been one of those days when she and Kimmie stayed apart without talking to each other.

She was pissed at Kimmie for going out with Brian and turning her down in front of the man who had hurt her. Kimmie stepped out of her room trying to adjust the skirt she had on.

Sighing, Kimmie walked towards bella. "Good morning, are you still angry at me?"

Bella rolled her eyes, "what is the need to be angry? It's your life and your decision."

Sitting next to her, "Bella, I know I might look stupid to you. But, I am not totally a fool. I just needed to let him know I wasn't his forever puppet and I could handle things on my own. Brian needed to hear a piece of me."

"How am I suppose to believe that when you were staring at him like a snack?"
