Ariana's POV

The sound of something crashing resounded throughout the whole space in the carvenous library and all my senses were now turned toward the cause of the sound. I had already forgotten about going to call Alpha Derek as I took tentative steps toward the place, the sounds of my feet echoing throughout the whole space.

I walked toward the sound in confidence, my steps never wavering with hesitation. I was certain that the scream I had heard belonged to Henry and I wanted to find him without wasting any time. If I went to call his brother instead of going directly to help him, who knew what fate he would be in by the time we came to find him. I couldn't leave him at the mercy of whatever thing that made to scream like that; I had to get to him as soon as he could.
