“Are you sure you don't want to try and get her number man?” Tom teased as he gestured to the waitress who walked past us.

“I mean, she keeps looking over here,” He shot a smirk over his shoulders and chugged his drink.

“Quit playing around man,” I yelled as I grabbed my drink in one hand watching her as well. Not that I was interested in her anyway though but then her nice curves caught my attention, still I had to take my mind off that.

“Is that a yes?” Tom said with a smile creased on his face, I shot him a glare looking away from her.

“I said enough man!!” I tried to keep the edge out of my voice but he was grinding on my last nerve as he seemed determined to hook me up with the waitress.

“Okay chill, relax!” He responded as his laughter erupted in the air right after he gave me a pat on the shoulders.

“I'm chill,” I said through clenched teeth, staring at him.

“Well, I think that's great,” Tom nodded approvingly and took a sip of his drink, staring out into the road.

Silence
