Chapter Thirty Nine

The next few days seemed like a blur. I did a lot of sleeping. I knew I was healing faster than I thought I would but I knew I had a long way to go. I wanted to be out of this hospital. The smell of the cleaners, the smell of sterilization, it was all making me crazy. Not to mention, I wanted to go home.

"Rina, it is important you stay here as long as the doctor thinks you need to," my mother chirped.

"I sighed, "I feel much better, I really would like to go home." I rubbed my hand over my belly, "do you two want to go home?" My belly swelled a bit as the twins grew.

"Yes, Mommy, we want to go home too," came a tiny voice.

"Shut up!" I chuckled at Arrow and Arion as they came in the door.

"Look what we found," they said holding out a bouquet of carnations and roses.

"They are beautiful," I took the bouquet from them. It smelled so good. "So, I was thinking," I started.

"You aren't ready yet," Arrow said narrowing his eyes at me. "You will be coming home soon enough," he smiled a
