“Please put on your seat belt as we prepare to land in New York”, the hostess announces.
I sit up and pull of the eye cover, I hadn’t really been sleeping, I just wanted a moment for myself.
I was finally where I wanted to be, well not where exactly, I was moving to where I wanted to be at a great speed. I mean I was on first class sponsored by the great William Smith, drinking expensive champagne and moving to a house sponsored by the company, I even got a tailor who fitted me and promised that my suits will be at New York before my arrival.
And I had started buying shares with the money I had from old man Joe, I hadn’t heard from him since his first email, I really hope he was alright.

CHAPTER 18LUCA’S POV“You put in so much effort this week, you should join them for the hangout at Stephens”, Williams says after the end of another long day.It has been 6 months and a few since I was brought to New York as the P.A. to the great Mr. Smith, as he predicted there were a lot of objections from people that wanted to have the position and even more from his Board, but of course it all went away after a month.I still didn’t know how he managed to get them to shut up but whatever he did worked.
