Lance's POV

It was a perfect morning, everywhere was so clear and bright. The sun was out shining so brightly, it felt so surreal as the entire place seemed so peaceful and calm.

The day was here, the moment I had been waiting for.

Hearing my parents and sister's laughter in the living room, I couldn't ask for any other thing that morning. Seeing my family happy together was more than I'd ever wanted.

I ran towards the store excitedly to get my father's personal shoe for hunting. He had promised to take me hunting with him that morning and I was more than eager to see the day arrive.

I could not even sleep at all the night before, my little self was really enthusiastic about going for his first hunt in the forest.

It was like a rite of passage practiced in the pack where young Alpha boys were trained to start hunting before they reached adulthood. This was my first time and I was more than excited.
