Chapter 41

Sullivan arrived at Trisha’s apartment as his master’s order and went inside. Earlier when he was still at Patton’s house, Lucas had signaled to him to go and make sure that there was no intruder in the house since all his family are already gathered in one place, in case Patton already had his plans ahead of him. On getting inside, he met Nicholas sitting and he looked around where he didn’t see anyone else.

“Sullivan?” Nicholas called his name and asked, “Where is Lucas?”

Sullivan went to meet him and said, “Master Gray sent me here.”

Nicholas stood and asked, “Did everything go well at Patton’s?”

“Actually, Patton was going to make a deal with Master Gray, but I don’t think he will agree to it. If he returns, he is going to tell you everything in details,” he said and looked around again before looking at Nicholas. He asked, “Are Miss Trisha and Miss Josephine inside?”

“Yes. Trisha is asleep, but Miss Josephine is not inside at the moment. What is this about?”

Sullivan hesitated a
