I stood close to the window as I took in the morning mist and the strong smell of coffee and vanilla that filled my office.

My office was at the top of my building, and I took in the view before me. I had the best one on the entire floor. My legs were still a bit sore from yesterday. Wearing heels around the hall for hours was a hassle.
