Leo's POV

“Good day, sir,” Dylan's voice wafted through my airpod into my ear.

“Good day. Any news?” I replied, as I swerved my car onto the busy highway.

I was currently on the way to the shopping mall, as I needed to get some essentials and groceries. My housekeeper, Sonia, had traveled home for a family emergency, which meant that I had to fend for myself for a while.

After much thought, I had decided to hire a housekeeper as work had proven to be quite hectic at my new company. However, I still cooked for myself and on the occasions where I didn't, I ordered takeouts.

“Hexagon chain of companies have sent the business proposal, sir. Wound you like me to peruse it before sending it to you?” He asked.

“Don’t bother with it. Just forward it to me and I'll have a look at it when I'm less busy.” I said.

“Very well then, sir. Have a nice weekend.” He responded, to which I hummed before ending the call.

A nice weekend, huh? I couldn't help but huff to myself at the statement.
