Chapter 077

The stranger's grip tightened painfully around my wrist, his face contorted with anger as his eyes looked at me with belittlement. I hated men like him.

Before he could say or do anything further, I saw movement out of the corner of my eye.

In a swift, fluid motion, I caught the stranger's free hand mid-air as he tried to strike me, twisting his arm behind his back which made him let go of my other hand

I lifted him off his feet and with a powerful move, slammed the man to the ground, sending a shockwave through the crowd that had gathered around us.

The stranger gasped, looking up at his attacker with a mix of fear and rage.

But before he could retaliate, I raised my fists, my gaze drunk but blazing with fury.

The stranger, recognizing the danger he was in, swore loudly and scrambled to his feet, fleeing the scene as quickly as his legs would carry him.
