CHAPTER 21

I woke up to the smell of bacon and eggs wafting into my room and tickling my senses.

I let out a loud yawn and quickly left the bed tripping and tumbling over myself before I could make it to the door.

With one eye open I made it to the kitchen just in time to appear normal.

I sniffed my way to the pan on the stove and just filled my belly with the smells.

“Have you had your fill? Or do you want to sniff some more?” Christian said from behind me.

I whipped around to find him smirking proudly at me and gauging my reaction he could see that I wasn't fully conscious of my actions.

Wiping my eyes with the back of my hand one more time, I finally shook some of the sleep out.

He moved towards me with lightning speed and before I could blink he was standing in front of me.

Every residual sleep left in my eyes vanished the second he appeared in front of me.

I found myself staring at his chest for what seemed like minutes but was actually seconds.

I took a step back when I realized he was jus
