CHAPTER 15

I’m confused with myself. For some reason, I’m having a hard time deciding what to do plus… it’s funny if you think of it like this; I’ve been influenced by Cassandra with being a goody good two shoes. 

It’s probably been a few minutes since Ivann left the bar with his shoulders sinking in disappointment. I already moved on and I no longer hold any feelings for him except resentment. I crossed my arms, waiting for my husband to arrive at the door. 

“I hope I don’t make a bad choice of staying with you,” I thought to myself as I closed my eyes. There might have been a lot of things bugging me and how I’m doubtful of his actions and words. 

A warm hand caressed my cheek gently as I smelled his familiar scent. I could tell that it was him with just a glance. I opened my eyes, only to see him looking straight back at me. He’s hair was in a mess and how sturdy his body looked like. I didn’t move and only let him do what he wants.
