Chapter 27

Selena turned on her side and met the bed empty, she hissed loudly and raised herself up from the bed. She rubbed her eyes trying to adjust her eyesight properly. Her sight was blurry due to the bright light. After a while, she managed to open her eyes and looked at the wall clock on the opposite Wall, it was just few minutes to 7am

She yawned and stretched then hopped out of the bedroom and headed to the bathroom. Few minutes later, she was back inside the room with her hands in her mouth, looking so tired. She had a few bugs under her eyes and puffy cheeks. Her eyes were red as well which indicated that she did not sleep well.

She climbed the bed and sat wondering why Andrew is up early today. His side of the bed is empty.

He doesn't have school today because he has a doctor appointment as well. She picked her phone from the nightstand and dialed his number. The ringtone echoed throughout the room which surprised Selena.
