Chapter 25

Emma:

We are back in that medical room and my mind is spinning, the last time that I was here… Cole had Gryphon remove my memories. He allowed him to tamper with my mind. I let out a growl of frustration and it seems to be heightened by what’s inside of me. 

‘You know I have a name right’ the voice says distracting from wanting to attack all the people in this room and letting Lei have free reign to burn it all down. ‘Wow that’s dark’ the voice continues.

‘Yeah well I know monsters are created not born’ I say back ‘and what should I call you?’

‘Moon Goddess’ and I laugh. Lei looks out at me weirdly. I shrug my shoulders “I have a voice in my head now”

“Come again” she screeches out.

I roll my eyes at her “There is a voice in my head that says that she is a Goddess” at that everyone in the room looks at me and start speaking at once.

 “Did you just say goddess?”

“This is so insane” 

“Damn spitfire”
