Ryan's p.o.v

Evan stood looking at me furiously with his hands pressed on his hips.

"Are you insane?" He asked in a whisper.

I clenched my hands in fists then took a few steps closer to stand in front of him.

"Do I look fucking insane to you?" I spat.

"You are way past insanity you stupid fuck?" He growled loudly and grabbed me by the collar.

"Are you saying this because of how I acted?" I asked loudly.

He dropped his hand then brushed it through his hair while cursing under his breath.

"I was upset, okay!. I couldn't just stay still or keep calm. I didn't want to act up but I ....."

I swallowed my words then weakly stumbled a bit.

"Ryan." He called in concern then quickly held my hand.

"I'm okay." I whispered softly.

"You know how our wolves are by now. They are different from everyone's. If you go against them, they will easily have a way to punish us." He said softly.
