Debby's POV:

I stood outside the garage, debating whether to go in or not. My mate wasn't the cool kind of guy; rather, he was giving off the pathetic asshole vibe, which made me question whether I should reject him or not.

"I know you're out there. How about you come in and we talk?" he said loudly.

I looked at the tray in my hands, then slowly walked in.

I was avoiding talking to him, but if I wanted him to eat something, then I had to serve him food.

"Excuse me," I whispered, and then walked in.

He looked at my face, and shifted his gaze to the tray in my hands.

I slowly put it down on the ground, then stood upright, avoiding his gaze.

"Is that my food?" he asked softly.

I looked at him, and then scratched the side of my ear.

"Well, yes. You have to eat something and stay healthy," I answered softly.

"It's weird hearing it from someone who dared to imprison me. Is the food poisoned?" he asked, as I widened my eyes in disbelief.

"What the hell, I never would!" I exclaime
