Chapter 75

MOSES'S POV

I returned to the hall with a big frown on my face, my fists clenched and my lips pressed together. I had been happy ever since but finding out that Matilda was my second chance a few moments ago was enough to ruin my mood for the whole of that day.

My face changed when I saw some of the wolves interacting happily with their newfound mates, my eyes traced the Alphas and their Lunas sitting on the high table, chatting happily.

Everyone was happy except me, and it was all because of that good for nothing Matilda.

It was still hard for me to believe that the moon goddess would give me a second chance to have a mate, but then why would she give me a pathetic mate? Was it to punish me for my wickedness?

I angrily walked over and went to sit on my chair still with an annoyed look on my face.

I was certain that it must be noticed that my angry face did not match the happy mood that every other person in the hall was in.
