My hands were drumming on the table as the lady kept talking, and I tried to tune her out. No matter how hard I tried to concentrate on the meeting, my mind kept jumping to the children I left in the room. I had told Jesse to watch them, but I know he will be of no help. I was particularly worried about Jasmine, the oldest of my twins. She is known to be fearless and has a knack for inviting trouble, even though she just barely clocked 5.
