The living room was left in an awkward silence. A lady who did not live at the Parker house had entered the living room and sat down without being permitted to.

Edward, who was standing, sat back on the couch as Cynthia and Charles sat adjacent in a chair next to his. The Parkers were wondering how the strange lady was allowed entry considering the tight security post in place.

But the strange lady looked comfortable and her posture in her seat made Charles wonder some more. Who was this mystery woman he thought. But before he could further make his deductions and arrive at a possible conclusion as to who the lady was, his mum broke the silence.

“Angie! What are you doing here? How did you get past the gates?” Cynthia asked in a surprised tone. The lady in question was Angelina but she called her Angie because of the history they had together.
