Chapter Ten

The next morning, Conri woke up at the Four Seasons Hotel in Paris, feeling relieved that yesterday went well and the contract went through without any problems. He added another Hotel to his empire, and it felt good. He could not wait to get home though. He needed to see Tala, he missed her more than anything. He ordered some room service. While waiting for his breakfast, he took a quick shower. I packed his bag and rang Marcus, he needed to be ready in half an hour. Conri wanted to get back home.

Half an hour later, Marcus was waiting for him in the hallway, packed and ready. They had a last word with the Hotel manager, and he promised to keep them updated. They went downstairs and the rental car was already waiting for them. It was the normal business chat on the way to the airport. Marcus was not just his second, but also his biggest asset in his company. They have built a very strong, and powerful company and Conri would not want any other man beside him.
