The wrong approach

THIRD PERSON'S POV

"Jamal, bro. Hey, that's enough!" Zach was struggling with taking away the drinks and keeping him seated on the couch.

"What?!!!" Jamal slurred and took another chug from the bottle of martini in his hand. He was already way too drunk but he wouldn't stop drinking.

"Give me that." Zach snatched the bottle away and placed it on the table. He signaled to the stripper standing at the corner to take away the drinks.

"Should I get another bottle?" She asked with a sultry smile.

Zach flashed her a scowl. "Have you lost your goddamn mind? Who do you plan on getting it for? Me or him?"

"I'm sorry. I thought —"

"You thought wrong. Take the drinks and leave. Stay gone. I'll ask for you if I need you." Zach dismissed her. She left, carrying the drinks with her.

It was a private lounge and it was just him and Jamal up here. He'd gotten a call from Jamal, requesting that they hang out. It was going to be their last hang-out before they leave for the competition
