Jade’s pov

“Didn't Mister Phillips say she didn't have a wolf,” the guard in the front passenger seat commented as he took a glance back at me.

The driver glanced at me through the rearview mirror and said, “She's a Lycan and he probably has never met one.”

Rolling my eyes I listened to Elina instruct me to tell them not to give that information to Mister Phillips.

“Excuse me, sirs, if the information of me having a Lycan could not be mentioned to Phillips I would be greatly appreciative,” I asserted and they all laughed.

“We won't mention it, little lady,” the guard replied from the passenger seat and I thanked him.

The drive was long but I continued to watch and mentally store the way to what I had assumed would be my parent's pack.

When we turned down the driveway of Alpha Earl Phillip's pack I furrowed my brow in concern.
