BLOOMRay stationed me at the punching bag for three days. All the training with Ray wasn’t all for nothing. Those three days of hitting the punching bag, my aim had gotten better, and I was faster. I furrowed my brows in response."They headed for the mountains? What could be their purpose there?" BLOOM’SDays after the rogue attack, repairs had begun in the Pack, and I couldn’t wait to see the outcome when it was finally done. The members of the Pack along with Grey were working hard to ensure safety. Security was tightened, and the guards patrolled the entire area more frequently. We’d lost quite a few Pack members, so some families were in mourning. While I didn’t understand what it felt like to lose someone dear, I had empathy for them. Sitting in bed, I massaged my hands and legs the best I could. BLOOMWatching Grey fight Stefan was terrifying. Stefan tried hard to push Grey off of him, but Grey was the bigger and stronger wolf, so instead of Stefan getting the upper hand over him, he was pushed to the ground. Grey’s wolf stood over Stefan’s, and even in wolf form, the fear in Stefan’s eyes was visible. Grey then looked up, his eyes making contact with the other man standing to the side, and the maliciousness in his eyes stunned me. If looks could kill, the other man would be dead already.
