TAYLOR’S FIRST PERSON POINT OF VIEW

“Let it go, you can go for another shirt.” He said to me pointing to the chaos going on of people fighting themselves over clothes.

“But this is mine.” I asserted.

We then started dragging the shirt with one another. No one paid us attention at first because our argument was inexistent compared to the noise caused by the rowdiness of the others. While I was arguing and dragging the shirt with him, I felt a sharp pain like a pin pierced my skin as someone tapped me on the shoulder. I looked at the person and it was another young man just around the same age as the man I was having a brawl with.

I gave him a questioning look and removed his hand from my shoulder with my other hand.

“Are you the little prince?” He asked.

“I am no prince.” I answered blatantly wondering what he meant by that as we had no king amongst us. I returned to the man I was dragging my shirt with but he had taken advantage of the little distraction the new man caused as he snat
