The sight of my mum's beat up truck sitting quietly in our driveway reminded me so much of the one in the Walker's driveway.

Even Luke noticed it, judging from the way his lips quirked and his eyes narrowed a little to the left.

"I thought that beat up truck seemed a little out of place in the garage." He murmured slightly.

"That's my mum's truck you're talking about. Be careful." I warned.

"Well what was it doing in the Walker's house?" He questioned.

"It wasn't hers!" I yelled at him from exhaustion. "Thank you for driving me home." I thanked him and stepped out of the car.

"Aren't you going to ask me in? It's so chill out here. You could offer me a cup of coffee, you know." He asked.

This boy was really something. I shook my head.

"You're a cup full of problems. Don't even think of unbuckling that seatbelt because I'm not letting you in." I told him when I saw his hands move to his seatbelt.

"You're so mean. Do you know what other girl's would do to be in your place?"
